These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the terms of use for the 1-to-1 Home Optimization Mentoring Service (“Service”) provided by Anna Mary Manning to individuals (“Clients”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service.
1. Service Description:
The Service involves personalised mentoring sessions aimed at providing guidance and advice for optimising and organising your home environment for efficiency, functionality, and aesthetics.
2. Mentor-Client Relationship:
The mentoring relationship is based on professionalism, respect, and collaboration. The Mentor will offer suggestions and recommendations based on information provided by the Client, but the Client retains full responsibility for implementing any changes.
3. Payment:
In consideration for the Service, the Client agrees to pay the specified mentoring fee prior to the mentoring course. Payment details and schedules will be communicated to the Client.
4. Scheduling and Rescheduling:
Mentoring sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability. If the Client needs to reschedule a session, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the forfeiture of that session.
5. Cancellation:
If the Mentor needs to cancel a session, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund for the canceled session will be provided.
6. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the mentoring sessions. Information related to the Client’s home environment, preferences, and lifestyle will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
7. Limitation of Liability:
The Mentor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Mentor harmless from any claims or liabilities related to the mentoring sessions.
8. Termination:
Either party may terminate the mentoring relationship at any time with written notice. The Mentor reserves the right to terminate the relationship if the Client engages in disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.
9. Intellectual Property:
Any materials, resources, or content provided by the Mentor during the sessions remain the intellectual property of the Mentor. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
10. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
11. Amendments:
The Mentor reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Client. Continued use of the Service after the modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
